Today we're hanging out with Creator's Studio long-term member and Superfan, @Bebopp25 -Becky- 🤩

Why did you join Creator's Studio?

I joined Creator's Studio because I thought it looked like such a fun way to learn new skills from the other members and experts.

What's your favorite part of the Creator's Studio community?

The people and all the amazing things I've seen everyone make & accomplish!! I'm always so impressed!! ( @Chunky Mermaid and @Wild Billcome to mind when I think of being impressed!!)

How would you describe yourself/occupation to a complete stranger?

Currently- homemaker/ keeper of the zoo. I tell our animals I'm the boss if that counts 😅 Lol. Preparing for a big move has been feeling like a full time job tho! (PA to FL)

What creative areas do you like to focus on?

I like to focus on projects of all types, mostly for our home. From wall art pieces to furniture refinishing. A Pro at none- but I love it!

What is your favorite Rust-Oleum product? How has it helped with your DIY projects?

As simple as it sounds, my first favorite Rust-Oleum product was the gloss clear coat. I used it to protect so many things! It saves those cute and inexpensive yard decorations from the elements. The mailbox I hand painted, is still perfect after almost 20 years!!

What interests you most about DIY projects?

My favorite thing about DIY projects is the feeling of recycling something that was headed to the trash pile, into something I will use for years!

What's the best DIY project you have completed and how did you accomplish it?

My best project.... hmmm. I really love the first Trash to Treasure project I completed - a rusty metal cooler that my husband found in the woods! I used multiple Rust-Oleum spray paints, lots of painters tape and a couple of vintage, lake themed, graphics that I printed out. It was fun to see it transform.  I can see us using it for a long time!

What's the most difficult project you have tackled?

The most difficult project I've ever tackled is actually just about to begin.  My husband and I are going to build a Quonset hut home - ourselves 😲! I can't wait to see how many new Rust-Oleum products we use - I'm going to have lots of questions for the group, during the process, I'm sure!! I'm already refinishing a 9' dining table for the new house. (This table will be the first time I try Rust-Oleum Triple Thick Poly. ) I'm also looking at doing cool epoxy type floors in the new place.

If you could create any type of project (with no limitations), what would you design and why?

Something I've always wanted to do - landscape our property like some of the amazing properties that you see on tv. Pretty pathways, little nooks to relax, take in the view or to entertain.

Tell us something about yourself that most people don't know about you.

Something that people may not know about me is that I struggle off and on with anxiety.  Art and cooking are a great distraction for me... even completing a small project helps me get past/through whatever is bothering me.

What's the best advice that anyone has ever given you?

Take life one day at a time... I'm still working on this one lol.

What book(s) are on your nightstand right now?

Happiness Comes in Waves and

Nala's World.

What shows are you streaming?

Two of the shows I'm streaming right now are Born this Way and Manhunters: Fugitive Task Force.  I'm really enjoying both!

What's your all time favorite food?

I love all types of food! One of my favorites is escargot.

Thanks for sharing your stories and projects with us, @Bebopp25 -Becky-!
