What’s that we hear?! It’s the buzz of excitment for another round of Creator’s Studio Secret Santa!
What’s it all about? 🎅🏽
Way back in 2019, the Creator’s Studio team was reading the annual survey results, and noted that members were asking for ways to connect with other members.
Our elves conferred …
… and came up with a plan to host a Creator’s Studio Secret Santa gift exchange 🎁
We held our collective breath to see if the activity would be popular with members, and have enjoyed watching it grow every year 🥰
Today we’re delighted to open up registration for Secret Santa 2022! 📝
👇🏼 Before you sign up, please be sure to understand the commitment 👇🏼
- Participating in the Secret Santa gift exchange means that you agree to use your creativity and talents to make a gift for a fellow Creator’s Studio member (who is working equally hard on a gift for their secret recipient!)
- You will ship your DIY gift by December 2, 2022.
- You will upload proof of shipping so your giftee has a tracking record
- You will post a photo of the gift you receive from your Secret Santa 🎁 (or even better - an unboxing video!)
We’ve been adjusting and enhancing the process for Secret Santa over the years to make sure it’s a fun and rewarding experience for everyone who signs up. Please only sign up if you have the time to follow through with this – no one likes to be scrooged ☹️
Here's a little more information on the secret sauce 🪄 our elves use to pull off the Secret Santa tradition:
Each participant is matched with a different recipient (keeping geography and past matches in mind). In this fictional example, @Lisa L would make a gift for @Nicole, but @Lisa L would be receiving a gift from @Katy ... while @Katy would be making a gift for @Jenn RO, and @Katy would be receiving a gift from @Nicole 🎅🏽.
