Patio Table and Chairs

I have a worn out teak patio table and chairs. They are in relatively good condition. I want a change...color! Is there a produt that can withstand the heat of  123 degrees without peeling off? I live in the Ca desert. If I could ....ugh...sand them all down...again...is there something pretty I could use? And is Rustoleum 2x good to use on the wood? Please HELP its right there staring at me in the face when I go outside.
