Paint bathroom tiles

Hello. I have been told that your tub and tile paint is great for painting tiles. Does it work well for all types of tiles? I have some tiles that have a texture and wanted to make sure that they it would work well. How many kits would I need to do a bathroom and for an averaged sized kitchen? Also, are there any stores that carry this product?   I live in RI and have only been told that I have to order it online. If I run out, I won’t be able to wait a week to complete the project.
