yellowing satin finish

I have a dining set that I am painting for someone. I have used many layers of primer, paint, and now sealer ALL Rustoleum products. Problem is the top now has all yellowing streaks in the final finish in some areas. What could be the cause of this and is it fixable without redoing the entire project.... I'm already ready to tear my hair out over this one...
