Question about UK Rustoleum product / project

Hello-Please can you tell me the US equivalent product that might produce this project thats in the link below? Im not sure I know which UNIVERSAL paint product is used for this dip marbling. I associate UNIVERSAL with the spray paints.

These trinket trays are adorable, the marble seems less thick and plasticy than with the acrylic + medium.
