Need to devise a Lever Powered Wheelchair handle for peresons with Carpal Tunnel or diminished, upper body/hand strength.

Lever may be made of metal or Baltic Birch PWD and attach to the Wheel AXLE Bolt and bear on the Push Ring or the Tire - FWD/\REV, Coast/STOP
