A GREAT WHITE OAK

I hate to cut any tree down but this beautiful old white oak that has been in my back yard for hundreds of years has died and must come down. I am going to try to make as much as I can out of it. Burn some of it,and heard that you could BBQ with it. Does anyone have any other ideas what I can do because I have a whole lot of it!LMBO!
