Wood shop cabinet

I'm in the process of finishing a storage cabinet for my shop built from mostly of plywood. And I want to put a finish on it to make it somewhat easy to keep clean. So my question is what should I use or what have you used for a finish on shop projects. I'm completely open to all ideas. Looking forward to your feedback. Thank you, Thom
