Having fun with Patina

Hey there Creators!

I had so much fun this weekend playing with the Modern Masters Green Patina Paint Kit! As you can see from my pictures, I had a metal drum that had an Indian flavor to it. It really didn't match my decor anymore, so I thought I would give the Green Patina a whirl!

For prep, I sanded and cleaned the drum surface with TSP cleaner. Next I painted 2 coats of the primer. Then I painted 2 coats of the copper and sprayed the Patina solution on the final wet coat.  Finally, I felt that I had a bit too much copper for my desired look. So I dry brushed a green patina chalk paint over the drum.

So much fun and a total new look!
