Hand-made floor.

Didn’t want to spend $1000 on new tile for my laundry room so I made my own.
I cut 1/2” particle board into squares and sanded the corners and edges so the were a bit rounded like real tile.
I designed a floral pattern and stenciled it on. A few coats of polyurethane on top sealed it all in. I used grout in between the tiles and haven’t had any issues.
It took a while to get it all done but if I had to guess, it took less than $75 to tile approx 4x8 feet.
