Rust-oleum Cabinet refacing?

Has anyone refinished their cabinets with the Rustoleum kit?  I really would like to do my kitchen cabinets, and I think I may have the hubby on board! That alone is progress!!  I thought that I would start with my laundry room cabinets just incase they turn out terrible.  If someone has done them and has any tips they would like to pass along that would be greatly appreciated. Also, if you have any before and after photos to show us that would even be better!
