Elevated Charcuterie Board

I love how creative and artistic people are getting with their charcuterie boards! I decided to make one for a holiday party we are attending this weekend (last minute, right?) My biggest worry was finding a food safe finish for the wood. My original project had shellac in it (Ana White's website has a link to a food safe link and shellac was at the top of the list). I've since learned that Butcher Block finish is recommended as the only food safe finish so I've updated my project with that new info!
