Wine Rack From Repurposed Wood

One of the 14-year old neighbor kids wanted to make a wine rack for his mother and had some Internet picture. So off to work we went. It looked pretty cool so I decided to make the present for my Wife's school staff Christmas party while the idea is fresh in my mind. (I suffer from CRS - cannot remember stuff, which has progressed to CDS - cannot do stuff.)

While my wine rack did follow the general model, instead of dowel rods holding the front and back apart, I put in a small shelf.

The front and back pieces are held together by glue and biscuits. There are four coats of finish to get it smooth and "deep" in color.
