Thanks to everyone who cheered me on to get this project done! I actually am loving how it turned out, and the gold splatter was just the something extra that it needed (which the original Cityscape didn't have).
Used all Rust-Oleum spray paints and sealer for the painting, and charred wood stain for the frame.
