Upcycled Shelf From a Cabinet Door

Learn how to turn an old cabinet door into a functional shelf that is perfect for any craft room or office!

In my Upcycled Shelf From a Cabinet Door post, I show you how to transform an old cabinet door into a functional shelf using a few pieces of wood and some spray paint. The spray paint that I used in this particular project was Rust-Oleum Protective Enamel Spray in Semi Gloss White. Also, as you can see, I designed my shelf to hold individual paint bottles which are about 4 inches tall. Since the paint bottles are 4 inches tall, I made the spaces between each shelf a little bit bigger than 4 inches. However, you could adjust the measurements in this tutorial to fit whatever items you want to place on your shelf.
