Handmade Crib Mobiles

I handmake wooden baby crib mobiles from scratch. I have a bunch of my own designs, but I also take custom orders.
Recently I had a client reach out requesting a memorial mobile for her father who had passed away. She wanted to work his spirit into the baby-to-be’s room, and what better place to do so than watching over baby as he sleeps?
She asked me to include a traditional memorial cardinal and to also replicate his most prized possession - his old Packard Car. (her reference picture included) For the remaining accent pieces she wanted clouds and pine trees.
I cut all of the crib mobile pieces by hand with a scroll saw and of course finish them myself as well. I used Rust-Oleum Chalked Farmhouse Red and Linen White for the painted pieces.
I’m proud of all of the pieces I make, but this one was especially touching and I wanted to share it with you all!
