HELP ME RUSTOLEUM!

Please help me to get my site back to normal! I am having all kinds of trouble with it! When I reply to someone it shows that I am replying to myself. When I post to respond to someone I have to post a pic in order for my comment to light up. My pages just jump all over the place when I just want to scan. Sometimes I can't sign in. I am on a S9 Galaxy phone and Sprint tells me that nothing is wrong with my phone and this is the only site I have trouble with? Anybody any suggestions?
