How to get a flat finish from a gloss paint

We often hear that people wish that many of our gloss colors were available in flat finishes.  While we do that where we can, sometimes it's not possible to create a flat color that still has the durability or longevity that our products offer.  We do have a solution for you though with our Universal Clear Topcoats. The clear finish is available in three sheens: Dead Flat, Hammered, and Frosted Pearl.  Just spray over the glossy color you want to tone down and you're done! Tip: If applying over a Universal finish, be sure to recoat within an hour or after 48 hours.  The more coats applied, the more the effect will appear.
