Can you use a bathroom faucet in a kitchen?

We are in the process of remodeling our kitchen, and my husband and I both want something like this. It's a bathroom faucet though, and we are having a hard time finding anything we like in the kitchen faucets. Is there any downside to using this in our kitchen? Our sink is the kind that only has the one instead of two seperate sides, and I don't ever use our sprayer, so I wouldn't miss that much. I tried to look online and I couldnt find much.
