Thrift store refurb.
Purchased a wooden primitive Uncle Sam -cut out was in the garage ignored for awhile. It may have been lawn art. Finally began the refresh refurbishment. Might add some further fine details shadows and corrections later on.
Running out of time…..⏱ Time for display and preparation for guests.
Did Dremmel down and belt sand some parts of the wooden form to reshape and repainted with gloss paints.
Plastic container epoxy puttied between the reshaped hands to make a flag holding option available.
Created a new weighted wooden mounting block that was stained and sealed. Trimmed down metal foot spike.
2x gloss-clear sealed.
Flag pole and finial repainted and velvet bow tie applied.
