Rusty the dog: a rescue story 🐶 ❤️

Creators, we know you are going to 💙 💜 ❤️ this post as much as we do. Settle in for the story of a little dog with a new home, who's become a bit of a social media star, too. 🌟

It all started when Michael Vega, a San Fransisco-based graphic designer who describes himself as a "graffiti nerd", was out urban exploring. He was scouting out a series of storm drains that are commonly used by graffiti artists.

"You're not gonna believe what I found urban exploring."

This video that Vega posted on TikTok now has 26.5 million views 👀 and we can confirm it's worth watching.

After coaxing the pup out of the drain, Vega took him to the vet for an exam. The vet placed the pup at about 3 months of age and confirmed the dog didn't have a microchip. So after a search through the neighborhood and online, Vega officially welcomed the dog home and named him - Rusty - after Rust-Oleum paint!

Our team couldn't pass up the opportunity to share some swag with this lucky little pup and his new human 🐶
