Best paint and process for a basketball court

Looking for conversation from the community on how and what is best process, including paint type for an outdoor baskeball court. Basketball court is located in South Carolina. Initial attempt was not successful (Rustoleum paint and primer ) and note court has paint flaking off in all areas. Got bad after rain and weather change. The painted lines are holding up quite well but outloor line paint was used and was not same brand (Custom paint group over the counter-white) . The same Rustoleum paint was flaking off a wooden walkway so still not sure it was not a paint issue. Also note the paint was mixed with Rustoleum anti slip additive which is described as polycarbonate additive. One packet per gallon .
