Chalked Matte Clear Coat Question

Hi! I have used the Chalked Matte Clear Coat before over the Chalked Charcoal paint and loved it! Today, I painted with Chalked Linen White and went over it (after it dried) with the Chalked Matte Clear Coat and it made yellow streaks. It looks awful! Why did this happen and what do you suggest I do?
