Barn Red Poster Frame / Bedroom Restyle

I found this great "Hipster Deer" print from WallsNeedLove.com and I knew I wanted it for my son's bedroom. It needed a really great frame to help feature it in the room and give it a pop of color. 

I built the poster frame and knew the Varthane Barn Red stain I received would be perfect for the job! I sanded it a bit after to distress and make the wood grain show through more. I love the way it turned out. 

My kiddo came home yesterday after spending a week with his grandparents and he was so surprised and happy with his new room.
