Triple Glaze

I love picnic tables! How else can you get a solid table with seating for 8+ for $100?! I painted this one to match the $17 plastic chairs I picked up at Home Depot. The paint - also Rustoleum - went on beautifully. I wanted a shiny "candy shell coating" as I like to call it. I put on a coat of Triple Glaze. In a few spots the glaze turned brownish (see photo) It happened on the grey, the white and the blue, in just a few spots. Has anyone had this experience? Is it because the glaze isn't meant to be used on wood? I can't figure out why it just happened in what seems to me to be random spots. Thanks for any insight and/or advice and tips.
