Reviving vintage/ antique child's rocking chair

I purchased a Nichols and Stone antique/ vintage rocking chair recently. It has stencil work on it, and I don't want to do anything beside just clean it up, and hopefully make the stenciling more visible. Did I see that there was a Rustoleum product that could get words on old crates to pop, or am I remembering incorrectly? Just thought I'd ask to see if there was a product to help me with getting it back to the brilliance it once had.
