Memorial Day DIY

I glanced at my calendar and realized that May starts TOMORROW! This means that barbecues, pool parties, and family get-togethers are also right around the corner. My family has always thrown a huge Memorial Day weekend party and now that I've moved I'm carrying on the tradition up here in Chicago and hosting my own party. I need some DIY inspiration to spruce up my apartment and patio though to pull it off and I thought what better place to look than Creator's Studio!

Can you guys share some of your past patriotic DIY projects or any ideas you have for fun red, white, and blue decorations?
