Color of the Year 2024 was recently launched, and to celebrate, our community team presented an exciting product testing opportunity to Creator's Studio Superfans : sign up to test the 2024 Spray Paint Color of the Year !
Rust-Oleum's 2024 Spray Paint Color of the Year is Satin French Blue.
Each Superfan who signed up for this exclusive opportunity has been asked to test out Satin French Blue on one of the follow projects:
- an outdoor item
- indoor décor
- furniture
- a small statement piece

Tell us about your 'Color of the Year' project. What did you create and how did it go? Are you happy with the final product?
My color of the year project assignment is for a small statement piece. I have had this off-white lantern for a lot of years and the color has always been slightly off for my home decor. The color of the year paint is a beautiful French Blue, and I thought it would be a perfect way to add a pop of color for this old lantern. The new lantern color turned out lovely.
The Satin French Blue spray paint sprayed really well onto the lantern surfaces. The color coverage and sheen was even and dried nicely. The French Blue color is beautiful and I plan on using it again when I make an entryway table.
