Q: What is the best application for brush on Rust-Oleum Imagine Acrylic Glitter Paint? The available colors are limited and the sparkle is intense. I see on what surfaces it can be used. I see no picture examples of finished projects. What is the intended application usage of this paint? - @Abobbi

A: Happy to help you! The best thing about the Rust-Oleum Craft & Hobby Intense Glitter Paint is that it leaves quite a bit to the imagination! The product is designed for interior use only, and often times, it's used for decorative surfaces such as wood, metal, glass, plastic, and more. We've seen it used on vases, accent on furniture, or even frames.

For best results, use a white base coat or a base coat similar to the color of the Imagine Glitter that you choose! - @Nicole

Q: Rust-Oleum 285093 Stops Rust Spray Paint, 12 Oz, Matte Clear: I am still learning….why did Rustoleum 285093 stops rust matte clear seem to reactive Ultra cover …. dried, painted item ——> a few days days after the Ultra Cover paint application. It seemed to make it sticky, came off on my hands. Was this an incompatibility or cure time window issue? I understand it's oil based. What are the circumstances that Rustoleum 285093 stops rust matte clear should not be used-that might help to know as well.

Can it be used over 2S spray painted projects? Having it stocked on my shelves…this might be good to know limitations! - @Vimarhonor

A: Hmm, that's odd to hear given that the Rust-Oleum Painter's Touch Ultra Cover in a brush on is waterbased. Generally speaking, this is due to the drying of the base coat, essentially not being able to dry enough before the Rust-Oleum Stops Rust Clear was applied. Usually when there's a compatibility issue, you'll see it wrinkle/bubble - but that is almost always a timing issue.

Can you tell us if you happen to have higher humidity, and what surface you applied it to? This will help us try to troubleshoot and get to the bottom of this. We look forward to hearing from you! - @Nicole

Q: Will you be adding colors to the chalk paint line? - @Kathy Riebel

A: We're always looking for new ideas for our products, including the Rust-Oleum Chalked Paint! Were there specific colors you were interested that we can forward to our internal teams for consideration? We'll be sure to pass them along! 😊 - @Nicole
