Putting a Face to the Rust-Oleum Name Activity - What you told us :)

Last month we asked Creator's Studio members to help us put a "face" to the Rust-Oleum brand name and the results were so fun and interesting that we wanted to share a few snippets of what you all had to say.  For new members, let us know in the comment section if you agree or have anything to add!

We asked if Rust-Oleum were a celebrity, who would they be?  The answers were all over the board but the good thing is that you guys think we are a mix of classics like Clint Eastwood, Mr. Rogers and Betty White AND some current (and good looking) actors like Brad Pitt, George Clooney and Jennifer Aniston.  We think that tells us that we're dependable while being on-trend.. and we loved learning that!

When we asked the community to describe who Rust-Oleum was at home if they were a neighbor,  we heard a lot of really great things! Here is one example that we loved, "Homebodies, a cute older couple, in an established neighborhood where they know most everyone. A cold beer in the driveway for him & hot tea for her. He likes to tinker & offer advice & helps kids with broken bicycles & teaches life lessons. She likes to do all things domestic & is the first to offer food as comfort in a difficult situation." That just made us feel pretty darn good - and thirsty.

Other words that were used to describe us were family oriented, helpful, friendly, budget minded, creative, hard working, trustworthy, a good neighbor and active in the community.  We also heard that Rust-Oleum helps people repurpose things, doesn't like to be wasteful, and wants to make the world a better place. (We sure try!)

We truly appreciate the time everyone took to do this activity and for all the positive feedback. All the folks at Rust-Oleum that strive each and every day to make the best products will love to hear this.  We really do make it our mission to exceed the expectations of our wonderful customers.
