Why did you join Creator’s Studio?
I was interested in learning more about it. I was also interested in learning about the Rust-Oleum brand of products.
What’s your favorite part of the Creator’s Studio community?
I like interacting with other users as well as reading posts. I think the challenges are fun too.
How would you describe yourself/occupation to a complete stranger?
I tell people I'm a blogger/product tester and reviewer. Many people seem to be intrigued by this. I may also say I'm a content creator and a small business owner.
What creative areas do you like to focus on?
I don't always have one focus. I tend to dabble in many creative projects. It depends on my mood. For the last few years, I've loved paint pouring.
What is your favorite Rust-Oleum product? How has it helped with your DIY projects?
I like the clear enamel spray. I use it in gloss or semi-gloss. I love to use it to seal my projects. I can add sheen and protectant to my finished projects.
What interests you most about DIY projects?
For me, it has to be the idea. Then I go from there. Sometimes I might try something on a whim just to see how it will turn out.
What’s the best DIY project you have completed and how did you accomplish it?
I made a wire and bead butterfly for a friend and I made her a wind chime. They were a bit rustic looking but turned out well.
What’s the most difficult project you have tackled?
I would have to say working with wire for the beaded butterfly and wind chime. It was tricky for me to shape the wire and bead it too. As well as trying to trim it properly.
If you could create any type of project (with no limitations), what would you design and why?
I would probably try a tropical mural on my bedroom wall. I would sketch it out with stencils and move on from there.
Tell us something about yourself that most people don’t know about you.
Thanks to my A.D.D (Attention Deficit Disorder) I tend to start craft projects and then jump to a new project. I'm also a craft supply hoarder.
What’s the best advice that anyone has ever given you?
Be yourself, that's the best person you can be.
What book(s) are on your nightstand right now? What shows are you streaming?
Currently, I'm rewatching Carnival Row on Amazon Prime video as well as catching up with 1923 on Paramount plus.
What’s your all-time favorite food?
I love pasta.
