Let It Snow, Let It Snow, Let It Snow
This was a fairly easy project to do. First off, I purchased the lighted slatted board from Hobby Lobby. I then cut my ‘Let It Snow’ with snowflake tree on my Cricut Explore Air 2. Before painting, I wrapped each of the lights with painters tape. Next, I painted the slatted board with Testors Craft Matte in Stop Sign, using 2 coats. Once it was good and dry, I applied my vinyl stencil, and daubed on Rust-Oleum Chalked Ultra Matte Paint in Linen White, which only needed one coat. I then removed the vinyl stencil and let dry overnight. Next I gave the whole project 2 coats of Rust-Oleum Chalked Protective Topcoat Spray in Matte Clear, making sure it was dry before adding the second coat. Lastly, I removed the painters tape, and added a sawtooth hanger to the back of the board, and it was ready to hang.
