Remove Rust / Paint from Metal ?

I recently acquired a commercial building. I inherited heavy duty metal window guards. I may remove these guards to help beautify the building but I would like to see if I could clean them up before taking them down.

I am looking for a product that could remove:
  • Rust
  • Paint

Is there a product that can do both?

I saw that there is a product testing for a rust remover, I wanted to ask here before applying to test the product.

Goal: Remove rust and layers of paint, then paint black.
