Finding a resin pour or other sealing agent for spray painted paper and painted wood tray

Submitted to Product Chat

I'd like to use an epoxy or clear resin to add a layer, about 1/4" protection to the artwork on the recessed areas of the tray and then to also coat the whole tray. I have never done this before. I don't know what products Rustoleum offers nor what would be most appropriate for what I am trying to accomplish.  My concern is that some of the images are spray paint on paper, some of photo copied images and some are painted. I don't want a product that might result in the ink or paint bleeding either immediately or as it cures, or having it yellow over time.  It will be used on my patio, but won't stay out there. However, there will be water on the surface from glasses with ice in warm weather.  I appreciate your recommendations. Elizabeth
