flat finish paint

I am an artist that needs outdoor paint for sculptures and statues .I have always used rustoleum paints because they are so durable, but I really want my statues to have a flat ( non-gloss) appearance . Can you consider introducing a line of flat paints in red , blue and yellow ( I know you have flat brown, white and black) for outdoor use ? Thank you.
