With this one magical product and your fabulous creator DIY skills, you can make these fun and easy Halloween decorations. For the glowing eyes, just cut shapes out and paint or color in the pupils. The Ghosts are plain fenceposts stained with Varathane Antique White. All the projects were then finished off with our Glow in the Dark Spray.
