Looking for advice for my backyard!

Hey Creators, fall is here and it's time for my tree to come down ☹️

This aspen was hit by a fungus and didn't come back this spring, so I said I'd wait until autumn to take it down. Now I need to decide what height to cut it at and I would love your opinions! (Please don't judge the mess in my yard 🫣).

What are your suggestions and do you have any cool inspiration photos?
  • chop it down right at ground level
  • cut it so it's level with the patio
  • cut it 2-3 feet up from the height of the patio
  • cut it 5-6 feet up from the height of the patio

Also would love to hear your ideas on using the base as a planter, etc.
