Cement or concrete?

Hi Everyone!  Looking for your opinion on something we are working on.  We have a specialty line of spray paints that create unique finishes like chalkboard, mirrored,  glitter,  etc.  We are adding a REALLY COOL new finish that we can't quite decide what to call.  The spray paint creates a cement/concrete finish that has a very realistic look and feel and is for indoor use on home decor items.  Would you call it Cement or Concrete and why?
