Shiny Skull

I guess it wouldn't be right to call myself "Bold Buffalo" if I didn't have some sort of Buffalo project, right?

Long-story-short, I did a lot of crazy things in college. One of them was purchasing this massive 24" American Buffalo skull. After years of moving apartment to apartment, it almost met its demise the other day as I decided to part with it after not fitting in with my office motif (and fiancée wouldn't let me hang it anywhere else in the house). But then I got the ingenious idea while I was hanging Edison string lights in the backyard. This would make a great outdoor piece.

I grabbed a can of black primer and a can of gold and now it's a massive gold Buffalo skull. It turned something odd into something oddly beautiful. And the fiancée actually likes it! Win-win for me.
