Anyone have any information on this wagon?

My very dear friend came to visit this past weekend. While out rummaging Friday morning with her I saw this wagon. I passed initially as I have been trying to downsize. All day long I kept thinking about that red wagon and how perfect it would look as it has Rust-Oleum on the side. On our way out of town I had to return to the sale and hoped the little red wagon was still there. Yes it was! I was so happy to bring it home. I have never seen a wagon that says Rust-Oleum. Was it part of a promotion and when? I can’t find any information online. Thank you!
