Crafting for BLUEY birthday party.
Unable to find a blue party tiara. What do you do —-you paint it.
Great opportunity to use the sparkle IMAGINE paint after wiping away the pink with acetone.
Birthday hat was additionally layered with a hand painted BLUEY, handcrafted festooning, scrap-paper cone combined and mounted on painted fabric headband. The tiara was altered in size -(chopped up with dog nail clippers and wire cutters) to use the happy birthday messaging.
