Hello fellow Creators!

I wondered if you are seeing any changes in your local spray painting purchase points?

At one of the suburban Walmarts I often visit outside Richmond Va there is a significant remodel underway.

On my visit this week I found spray paint under glass and locked up requiring an associate to help withdraw it for my purchase.

I know while visiting my daughter in California — it was sold this way— several years ago.

I seem to understand the laws in California demand this locked display.

Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited from purchasing spray paint.
Stores must keep spray paint behind the counter or in a locked cabinet to prevent theft.
It is illegal to sell spray paint to anyone under the age of 18.
Individuals who purchase spray paint must show valid identification…continues on further

I cant seem to find a legal need for this in Virginia.

I wondered what you might be seeing at your locations.
