EEK!!! A Snake!

Months ago I had a crazy idea to make a snake out of a tree branch. So I cut a couple of branches from a tree and let them sit to dry out. Finally decided it was time to make this critter happen. I gave the branch a good sanding and then shaped the head to look like a snake. I sprayed the branch with Rust-Oleum 2X Paint+Primer in Canyon Black (satin). Once good and dry I started making scales with a couple of colors of craft paint using a dotting tool. Next came gluing a couple of snake eyes, and lastly, I sealed the completed snake with Rust-Oleum 2X Clear (gloss).

Now I've got my very own Boelen's Python!!!
