Metallic product choice for shine - product comparison question please

Could you educate me to the most shiny metallic paint that Rustoleum might offer?

Possibly grade the ones I have here, the spray paint and Testors enamels?

How do they compare to each other.

Similar or interchangeable?

I am not sure, if the application method has anything to do with the resulting shine.

Was hoping to TRY to touch up this medallion necklace that I purchased flawed rather than replace the gem.

Not sure if a looking glass mirror type paint is the best optimally how that compares or the two products I have here.

Hmmmm…..Wished there was a mirror touch up nail polish type application product……
