Halloween Bead Garland

I'm still learning how to make bead garlands ~ the beading is not a problem, it's making the tassels that has me bumfuzzled. Seems I do them differently every time. I used 20mm wooden beads and spray painted them with Rust-Oleums' 2X Ultra Cover in Canyon Black and Blossom White (both in satin), and purchased the spiderweb and pumpkin-faced beads on Etsy. The tassel is a combo of black yarn and three different Halloween-themed ribbons.
