Almost done

I am coming close to finishing a basement remodel in our rental condo we recently bought.  The basement was unfinished so I reloacted the bath and changed it from a 1/2 to a 3/4, created storage under the stairs, and tiled the bathroon & shower and what I call the family room.  As soon as I am totally finished I will post pictures; also willl post my realtors apprasial as to how much it improve the property value and what the increase in rent is.
