Accessing Community Cafe from Home Page

Anyone else having trouble the last couple of days accessing Community Cafe from the tab on the home page? I have to go to a previous notification, click it, and then I access it from the sub address bar. EDIT: None of the tabs on the home page work for me. There are now 3: NEWS PRODUCT NEWS COMMUNITY CAFE
