Tray Idea

I bought a wood tabletop from Dollar Tree and decided to make a tray out of it, since it really wasn't big enough to make a table I would have use for. I spray painted it Rustoleum matt black and once dry, I modge podged my fabric onto the opposite side of the tabletop (which was deep enough to serve as a tray. Once dry, I applied a coat of modge podge on top of the glued fabric to keep it from fading into the epoxy resin I poured over it. I allowed the resin to dry for 24 hours then glued gold bling around the inside perimeter of the tray to compliment the fabric. I attached 2 lion head drawer pulls as handles and here it is! This was a fun project and I've gotten 3 requests for the trays from friends who've seen it.
