THE CLEAR COAT IS NOT DRY!

Not that I don't like the smell of Rustoleum Crystal Clear Enamel but I told her to let it dry. Patty thought that if you could touch it and it didn't stick to your finger then it was dry. So when I came home and saw this you KNOW I had to write it up in the community because I can't laugh at loud..But I will tell her--( when the smell gets to her)!LMBO!
